The test shows that the speed of cavitation will be accelerated in the part with high frequency of pressure change. For example, at the inlet and outlet of the stainless steel cylinder, due to the relatively high frequency of pressure changes, the degree of cavitation is also relatively higher than that of other parts. In addition, overheating of the oil will also increase the probability of cavitation.

        How to determine the rated working pressure of the hydraulic cylinder?
        Under normal circumstances, the working pressure is determined according to the size of the load and the installation space (the allowable diameter of the cylinder). In some special occasions, the smaller the cylinder, the better, the pressure level must be increased. The cylinder pressure is related to the estimated cost. The higher the pressure, the thicker the wall, the higher the cost, but conversely, the lower the pressure, the larger the diameter of the cylinder (when the same thrust) is required, the same high cost. Therefore, the rated pressure of the cylinder is concentrated in about 35 mpa, taking into account the cylinder diameter and wall thickness.

The different resistance of hydraulic oil along the pipeline of the two cylinders causes the cylinder to be out of sync. 4, the deviation of the control original adjustment causes the deviation of the flow to be out of sync, such as the use of an independent throttle valve for each cylinder will appear the difference in the flow of oil in and out of the oil affecting the synchronization of the two cylinders. 5.
