        Introduction to steering cylinder:

        The machining accuracy of the steering cylinder depends on the level of equipment, production technology and testing means. steering cylinder processing methods are commonly used in two ways, one is rough boring - fine boring - rolling, generally with 45# seamless steel pipe, this method of processing quality is good, but the cost is high. Another method is to use 20# cold-drawn seamless steel pipe, and then honing, the cost is lower. When the ambient temperature and service temperature are low, the hydraulic oil with lower viscosity can be selected.

The improvement method is to replace the hydraulic oil with good viscosity temperature performance, and the oil temperature at low temperature can be increased by heater or heating by the machine itself, and the normal working oil temperature of the system should be maintained at about 40 ° C.

        How to determine the rated working pressure of the hydraulic cylinder?
        Under normal circumstances, the working pressure is determined according to the size of the load and the installation space (the allowable diameter of the cylinder). In some special occasions, the smaller the cylinder, the better, the pressure level must be increased. The cylinder pressure is related to the estimated cost. The higher the pressure, the thicker the wall, the higher the cost, but conversely, the lower the pressure, the larger the diameter of the cylinder (when the same thrust) is required, the same high cost. Therefore, the rated pressure of the cylinder is concentrated in about 35 mpa, taking into account the cylinder diameter and wall thickness.
