        Introduction to stacker cylinder:

        The piston rod of the stacker cylinder has two kinds of solid rod and hollow rod, and one end of the hollow piston rod needs to be set aside for welding and heat treatment. The solid piston rod material is 35, 45 steel, and the hollow piston rod material is 35, 45 seamless steel pipe. After rough machining, the piston rod is conditioned to 229~285HB in India, and if necessary, the hardness is 45~55HRC after high-frequency quenching.

        What kind of process is used in the stacker cylinder to make high-quality stacker cylinder products: the body is the main component of the stacker cylinder, mining single pillar, hydraulic support, gun tube and other products, and its processing quality directly affects the life and reliability of the entire product. Body processing requirements are high, the internal surface roughness requirements are Ra0.4 ~ 0.8&um, the coaxiality, wear resistance requirements are strict. The basic feature of body is deep hole processing, which has always troubled the processing personnel. The stacker cylinder products of our company mainly use rolling processing, because the surface layer has surface residual compressive stress, which helps to close the surface micro-cracks and hinder the expansion of erosion. Thus, the corrosion resistance of the surface can be improved, and the fatigue crack can be delayed or expanded, and the fatigue strength of the body can be improved. The correct rolling process of the stacker cylinder block: broaching block - fine boring block - grinding block.         The cavitation of the stacker cylinder has a great influence, and to avoid it, it is necessary to use the hydraulic oil reasonably and ensure the quality of the hydraulic oil. If the anti-foam property of the oil is poor, it is easy to produce foam, resulting in cavitation. Secondly, the change frequency of oil pressure is too fast and too high, which will also directly cause the formation of bubbles and accelerate the rupture rate of bubbles. The test shows that the speed of cavitation will be accelerated in the part with high frequency of pressure change. For example, at the inlet and outlet of the stacker cylinder, due to the relatively high frequency of pressure changes, the degree of cavitation is also relatively higher than that of other parts. In addition, overheating of the oil will also increase the probability of cavitation.

        If the seal of the stacker cylinder is softened and sticky, it may be that the seal is incompatible with the hydraulic oil or the nearby lubricating oil, replace the appropriate seal; If the seal becomes hard and loses elasticity, most of it is because the ambient temperature is too high (more than 80 ° C), make appropriate temperature insulation protection or replace the high temperature seal.

        What is the clearance between the cylinder and the piston?
        The gap between the cylinder and the piston in the radius is generally 40 wires, that is, about 0.4mm, and the gap of the cylinder with different diameters will be slightly different. Generally, the inner diameter of the cylinder is larger than the outer diameter of the piston, so as to prevent the friction between the outer surface and the inner surface of the cylinder during the operation of the piston. In order to ensure that the cylinder has a rod cavity and a rodless cavity seal, a sealing device, that is, a sealing ring, is installed on the outer surface of the piston. The sealing ring form is not exactly the same, the O-type sealing ring is generally used under low pressure, and the lip sealing ring is used under high pressure.
